early this year i shot two weddings both with temperatures below freezing. what an added challenge, not being able to spend hours outside. both weddings were absolutely breathtaking and such a blast.

not to mention that both of these weddings were for people who work day in and day out to better our community. including; a school counselor, a corrections officer, a probation agent, and a man who has served our country in the military. i have nothing but respect for these four and their dedication to helping people.

a night at the timber rattlers stadium, full of so many sweet memories and laughs. this group kept me on my toes, but were such a blast. thanks you two for personally keeping me safe over the years, you sure are a wonderful couple. ❤

also little shout out to my ladies, i have two amazing second shooters that are crucial to my wedding days.

when you know, you know. this beautiful bride contacted me two weeks before this day, not because they still hadn’t found a photographer, because they just decided to plan there wedding in two weeks. what a big job, but let me tell you, it was such a perfect day. they were surrounded by their closest friends and family, at an amazing location. to say this day was intimate is an understatement. everything about it was simple and so elegant. they both were glowing as they devoted their lives to each other and also made vows to their loved ones. and even ended all those important words with a fist bump. the day was filled with so much laughter and love.

let me start by saying, what an honor it is to be asked to capture life’s most important moments. but when it is people you hold near and dear to your heart; it is so much more meaningful. these are great friends of ours, who choose me to share in this particular life event. and on a beautiful day in this beautiful city, he got down on one knee, asking this beautiful women to be his forever. {it is awfully hard to see if you are in focus if you are tearing up, in case you were wondering.}

we then went on a wonderful tour of that side of town, stopping for photo ops, often. and eventually ended up at a huge gathering of friends and family to celebrate the betrothed couple. it was a day full of so much love and joy, you can see it on everyones faces. so much love to this gorgeous couple and congrats again. ❤

hey y’all. i am a tad obsessed with milk bath photos. so today i made my mini model for me. and look at this {i mean, how cute is she?}

so in the month of march, i have seven openings for milk bath minis. {on three different saturdays during the month}

. thirty mini sessions.

. baby must be able to sit up for extended periods of time.

. ages 6m-2yrs. {my bucket is pretty small.}

. i provide the milk, the “garnish” and any other props.

. $75. {includes the session, and 10 edited images and the rights.} 

seriously you guys look at this face. don’t you want to smooch those cheeks. this little miracle man was such a joy to shoot. i had the pleasure of praying for him and his health since he was in his mommy’s belly. God answers prayers, and also made this adorable face.

maternity shoots are the best. there is something about a new mommy and daddy documenting such an amazing part of their lives.

this {soon-to-be} mommy and daddy, are just the sweetest. and their little lady is so very lucky, and i can not wait to meet her. ❤

this fall has be extremely busy, and i have loved every minute of it. i have never had so many shoots and be booked so far out. thank you all for choosing me to take pretty pictures of your sweet faces.

with that being said, since i have been shooting every weekend… like 5 shoots every weekend. and editing my pants off during the week, my website is falling behind.

what a beautiful night, and such a fun shoot. her smile sure is contagious. and then you add in a puppy, what a perfect combination.

i took her newborn photos one year ago. she was so tiny, look at her now, still tiny. this little lady has the sweetest personality; curious and smart. she was so fun to follow around and photograph.
